What is MiCA?
MiCA entered into application in June 2023 for E-Money tokens and asset referenced tokens. Starting from 31 December 2024 MiCA will enter into application for crypto service providers (CASPs).
Markets-in-Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation is a comprehensive framework established by the European Union (EU) to regulate the issuance and provision of crypto-assets related services. The aim of the MiCA regulation is to ensure the same requirements for the crypto-assets issuers and service providers in the EU and avoid the different regulatory regimes.
Crypto-asset issuers and CASPs, who are planning to provide the services within the EU, should comply with the MiCA requirements. All providers of crypto-asset services (CASPS) (i.e.crypto exchanges, wallet providers, crypto processing companies, crypto trading platforms, crypto consultancy firms etc.) will be subject to licensing with the relevant supervisory authorities. We are ready to help businesses during this adoption journey.

Two leading law firms Zügerlaw and Lex Law Office using their 15+ years expertise created the list of the legal templates of the MiCA policies and a checklist to assess and ensure your company compliance with the MiCA.
